We work closely with you to set the strategy and planning for meeting the above stated approaches. We serve as consultants, coaches and advisors, on-call as needed. We jointly establish the project timeline and implementation plan. We begin with a planning meeting and meet formally at least once a week. We will confer with you several times a week (daily, if needed) by phone and e-mail.

The Strategies for Success program has 3 different phases. Depending on the size and complexity of your business, each phase may last anywhere from 1 to 4 months.

Najera Consulting Group stays with you and your team after completion of the Strategies for Success program on a complimentary basis for up to 3 months to ensure the successful implementation of your business plan.
