A systems thinker and practitioner of Collective Impact and Results-Based Accountability (RBA), Clif specializes in helping organizations address complex challenges through scalable, solution-based approaches that create lasting impact.

Clif has developed and led transformative initiatives that empower both individuals and institutions. As a certified Designing Your Success Facilitator, he has expanded this professional development program to help organizations cultivate growth mindsets and career resilience. He also facilitates and develops curriculum for the Leadership Longevity Fellowship, equipping mission-driven professionals with tools to sustain their well-being and leadership capacity. His commitment to strengthening communities has earned recognition, including being named an “Emerging Leader” by Bank of America’s Neighborhood Builders Foundation.
