The Najera Notion
Welcome 2010!
January 19, 2010
New Year’s has come and gone, and 2010 is off to a strong start. It was just a few weeks ago that I tore off the last page of my 2009 calendar and threw the month of December in the waste paper basket. Good-bye 2009 and hello 2010. I’ve got some big plans for you!
Many of us begin the New Year with that time honored tradition of setting New Year’s resolutions with the sincere intent of really sticking to them this time. Well, how have you done so far? We all have visions of greater things, but sometimes life gets in the way. We come up with all kinds of excuses and lower our expectations to match our current reality instead of making our vision our newcurrent reality.
Truthfully, it couldn’t be any easier to manifest your resolutions. Thoughts are things. All you have to do is think of what you want and refuse to deviate from that thought.
To quote Francis Larimer Warner’s book, Our Invisible Supply: Part I, published in 1907:
“If we plant a seed in the ground we know that the sun will shine and the rain will water and we leave it to the Law to bring results… well, the desire you image is the seed, your occasional closing of the eyes in imagery is the sun, and your constant, though not anxious, expectation is the rain and cultivation necessary to bring absolutely sure results”
Be strong, be vigilant, and most of all take action (you don’t have to go crazy, just keep moving) and the things that you desire shall appear at your very feet. Trust me!
On behalf of Najera Consulting Group, I would like to wish everyone a Happy and Prosperous 2010! As the weeks and months go by, and the snow gives way to sunshine, remember to stick to your vision of bringing your resolutions into reality.

Great advice! Most of us forget our goals just weeks into the New Year.
